# Terms of Service **Last updated: January 1, 2025** These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ring4's services, including our mobile applications, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ring4, LLC ("Ring4", "we", "our", or "us"). ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Ring4 provides cloud-based phone system services, including but not limited to voice calling, text messaging, team collaboration features, and related communication services. The Service is available through web browsers, desktop applications, and mobile applications. ## 3. Account Registration To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain the security of your password and account - Promptly update your account information - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use ## 4. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RING4 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ## 10. Warranty Disclaimer THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ## 11.
